Children
who come to our community theater are taught art,
music, dance, anthropology, creative writing and
all aspect
s of theater. As they experience culture, they
also
learn about their families' heritage.
The
Willits Young Actors Theatre is now opening its doors
to the public and to after-school and private home-school
programs, community organizations and non-profit
art collectives. In
this 2008-2009 season, the Willit's Young Actors will
present
the Art in Motion (A.I.M.) program called "Cultural
Theater from Around the World". Our
volunteer staff of trained educators inspire young
people to create colorful theater productions appropriate
for all
ages.
This
years season opens up with a multi-media presentation
of The Five Fables of India. We combine puppet
theater, slide imagery, live music, dance and
children's art show.
The

30 A. San Francisco Avenue in Willits, California.
